DECS Option (DB2 -> Notes Only)

Thanks Peter... will read more about the Open Event on the EI forum + documentation. I'm forced to use DECS or DCRs/scripts because the customer has no budget for LEI. I just need to understand how to generate additional data... e.g. new stores created. I'm assuming the existing docs would be updated vs. creating new docs.
